The ICB has never worked with debit orders.  
If you have had anydebit orders deducted with the reference ICB, contact your bank and the authorities immediately as this is NOT from us. (The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers)
Payments for exam bookings are always done by the student via a direct payment into the ICB account for each exam and NOT via debit orders.  The ICB's bank account details have not changed. 
Also, to note, ICB does not contact learners for their bank accounts telephonically.  If you have received any such calls please report it to the authorities.
