Due to us using a 3rd party for the Debit /Credit Card payment function on the student portal and them not having access to our database, a credit balance reflecting in your student portal account cannot be allocated to your invoice when selecting the Debit/ Credit card function when selecting your payments option.
Kindly use the Cash Payment option if you have credit on your student account.
Please ensure that the credit balance in your account equals or exceeds the invoice amount, as short payment will also result in the exam booking not being confirmed, and thus after 48 hours of non-payment your exam will be automatically deleted from the system to enable other students who have paid in full to access the booked seat for the exam entry.
