This rarely happens as the amount you paid gets allocated to the first exam that you have been registered for.

For example: if you registered for CPBK20201108 (Nov exam)as well as BKTB20200508(May exam) the funds will be allocated to the May exams.

If you applied for RPL but also booked exams for the coming year, the funds will automatically be allocated to the RPL amount as that needs to be concluded before studies can commence.
