Confirm that you are a self-study student by checking under “Update my Details” and then under "My Profile" on the Student Portal.
The first section will inform you how you have been registered. If you have been registered as a self-study student and the venues are still not reflecting you must log a ticket by completing the Contact us page on our website.

Should you be registered as a College Student this option will not available to you.
